During this time, as we are all extremely concerned about the spread of the Coronavirus, we are keeping your safety + wellbeing as our first priority, as we navigate the changes and challenges ahead.

While we are currently open, we are not in “business as usual” times. We are closely following best practices + are prepared to make any changes we need to. Nothing is more important than keeping you + ourselves healthy.

Because the nature of our business brings us into close contact with you, social distancing is not possible so we have south the best professional guidance from the spa industry as we have prepared to protect you.

At Supple we have always employed the most stringent cleaning standards in our treatment rooms and in our shop. Our Estheticians and Massage Therapist are responsible for cleaning their room after each treatment. We use medical grade cleaning supplies and sterilize our equipment daily. After each treatment, professionally laundered linens are changed, every surface is wiped down, including door handles. Professional cleaners clean our entire operation every week.

But like everyone, we have felt the need to maximize our precautions. We offer hand sanitizer to every person who enters our shop, we are wearing masks + gloves during treatments, we are asking every client to wash their hands before their treatment begins.

Fiona + Sydney are keeping the front of the shop pristine - as they always do - but are wiping down our checkout screen after each use, wearing gloves themselves and cleaning all of our shelves + testers continually throughout the day.

We are waiving our cancellation fee policy during this time so that if you are feeling at all unwell, you can stay at home. Likewise if one of us is feeling unwell, we will stay at home.

We are doing everything we can to boost our immune systems; eating well, sleeping well + taking care our ourselves by staying connected + positive.

We host the Healthiest Happy Hour in The Neighborhood in conjunction with B12LOVE every Tuesday from 4-7 pm. We take advantage of their immune boosting B12 injections ourselves + invite you to look at their website to see if this is something you may want to consider for yourself.
